Letter from the President

As we soon approach a City Council vote regarding the future of STR’s in New Orleans, our positive data driven message remains steadfast. We look forward to continuing to work with City Officials to help craft meaningful regulations governing our Local Industry. Having pushed for fair modernized regulations, an equalizing taxation mechanism, and licensing for the last three years, the Alliance for Neighborhood Prosperity applauds the efforts of local officials for embracing this challenge. We continue to extend invitations to local neighborhood associations and the media alike to dispel the toxic misinformation being spread, and to allow our positive, fact driven data, and local economic message to be heard.

Please write to city council by filling out the form below to Show Your Support for fair and balanced, open and inclusive regulations for the New Orleans Short Term Rental Industry.
